A Bit More About How it Works
It’s really important to me to recognise that everyone has different motivations, likes and dislikes when it comes to Health & Fitness. That’s why training with me will be tailored to your individual needs and will always take into consideration your idea of what is fun. Don’t get me wrong – to achieve our objectives we sometimes have to do things outside of our comfort zones (that’s where the magic happens!). My job is to be there to push you when I know you can give more and to encourage you to drive towards achieving your goals. And I’ll be sure to let you know how brilliantly you are doing!
How it gets started
It starts with an initial free consultation which lasts approximately an hour. During the consultation we will discuss your long, medium and short-term goals, your motivations and your likes and dislikes. I want the sessions to be fun for you so finding out what floats your exercise boat is really important. We will also discuss your past and current exercise regime and any injuries you may have. After that we will decide on days, times and locations for the sessions and then all that is left is to complete some pesky but necessary paperwork, then we can get started on the new you!
